Policies

All sales are final

Every set is made to order, so orders can’t be refunded or exchanged. If a set arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email me within 7 days and I’ll make it right.

Sizing

Every set is made to the ten sizes you enter, so please measure with the free printable guide — print it at 100% and check it against a bank card as the sheet explains. If you’re between two numbers, round up: a slightly big nail files down, a small one won’t stay on. Wrong sizes aren’t a reason for a refund.

Glue & skin

Press-ons attach with cyanoacrylate nail glue. Patch-test on one nail first, never apply to broken skin or damaged nails, and stop if you feel any irritation. Pressed by Hales isn’t responsible for reactions to glue or for nail damage from removal.

Hygiene

Sets are made in a clean home studio, handled with gloves, and shipped sealed. They’re new and unworn, and for hygiene reasons they can’t be returned once opened.

Privacy

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people view. Your order details are only used to make and ship your set, and are never sold or shared.
